Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every blend we make. If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@falahifarmsspices.com and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Because our spice blends are a food product, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping costs).

If your order was lost in transit, reach out and we'll investigate and reship at no charge.
